HappyStock Terms of Service

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using the HappyStock website and the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator. HappyStock provides company and stock-market learning resources, quizzes, games, online multiplayer, and related site activities.

Guest rules apply to features available without an account. An account is required for member-only features. Please also review the participation requirements and rules shown on each game or giveaway page.

2. Accounts and access

Members can create an account using a username, nickname, and password. Email addresses and phone numbers are not requested during registration. Keep your recovery code in a safe place, as you may not be able to view it again.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your account and login credentials and must not use another person’s account without permission. Nicknames and profile photos may be visible to others according to the relevant visibility settings and approval status.

You can manage your profile or request account deletion using the options available under My Profile. Deletion may be temporarily restricted while certain giveaway entries are pending. Please review the Privacy Policy for details about personal information and deletion.

3. Games, rankings, and online multiplayer

HappyStock offers single-player games involving US and Korean companies, such as company similarity guessing and earnings comparisons, as well as online multiplayer, ratings, statistics, and rankings. Answers, attempts, scores, and participation records are processed according to each game’s displayed rules.

Online multiplayer rooms may include members and guests using temporary nicknames. The host can manage readiness, start games, and manage participants. Multiplayer scores and chat are separate from the regular member asset balance and single-player rankings. Room data is cleared as participants leave or rooms expire.

Games may use historical stock prices, return correlations, net income, or other time-sensitive company information. Such data and results do not guarantee future market performance.

4. Virtual assets, attendance, and quests

The $ sign and virtual assets displayed on HappyStock are units used for activities within the site. They are not US dollars, cash, financial products, or bank deposits. They do not imply any right to cash withdrawal, transfer, or trading unless such a feature is expressly provided.

Virtual assets may be granted or used through attendance, games, quests, and other activities under the conditions shown on the relevant pages. Reward conditions and reset times are as displayed. Records affected by verified errors or abusive activity may be corrected after review.

5. Giveaways and prize notifications

Members may use in-site virtual assets to enter available giveaways. Please review each giveaway page for the prize, entry period, participation conditions, drawing, and results.

Virtual assets spent on a submitted giveaway entry cannot be canceled or refunded. Entering does not guarantee winning. Drawing results and prize delivery may be communicated through the site’s records and messaging features.

Rules on preventing fraudulent or duplicate entries apply to the relevant features. Please check any stated expiration dates and conditions for using a prize.

6. Messages, chat, and user content

The site provides member messaging, multiplayer chat, and profile-photo features. You must not post or send another person’s private information or copyrighted work without permission, or content involving harassment, threats, impersonation, misleading claims, illegal advertising, or other infringements of rights.

Messages and chat may be subject to character limits, rate limits, or other usage restrictions. You must have the necessary rights or lawful permission for content you upload or send.

7. Prohibited conduct and restrictions

You must not access someone else’s account without permission, manipulate scores or giveaway results, exploit vulnerabilities, circumvent security protections, send abnormal automated requests that overload the service, or violate the rights of others.

Where such behavior is identified, use of relevant functions may be restricted or an account may be suspended to protect users and the service. The scope and duration of any restriction will take account of the circumstances and applicable law.

8. Information and investment risk

Company information, figures, charts, game results, and explanations on HappyStock are provided for learning, entertainment, and general investment reference. They are not personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Information provided on this site is for investment reference only. Users are legally responsible for their investment decisions and outcomes.

Market information may differ from current figures because of publication dates, calculations, or changes in third-party sources. Before investing, verify reliable primary sources and consider your own goals and ability to bear risk.

9. Service operation and changes

Some features may change or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, or other unavoidable circumstances. Important changes will be communicated through site notices where reasonably possible.

If these Terms change, the revised text and its effective date will be published on the site. Any additional procedures required by law will be followed.

10. Privacy and liability

The separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed, retained, and deleted and how users may exercise their rights.

Issues resulting from intentional misconduct, negligence, or violations of these Terms are addressed under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limit statutory user rights.

11. Applicable law and operator

Disputes related to the service will be addressed through applicable law and appropriate procedures.
